Students must successfully complete all required skills testing and written exams to receive their eCard. Partial completion does not qualify for certification.
Attendance & Punctuality
Students must arrive on time and attend the entire course. Late arrivals may be denied entry at the instructor's discretion without refund. Doors close 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Vital Response LLC reserves the right to cancel a class and notify registered students within 24 hours of cancellation via email. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the course will receive a full refund or reschedule. No-shows forfeit the full course fee.
eCard Delivery
Course eCards are issued within 1-2 business days after successful course submission to the Training Center Coordinator. eCards are delivered electronically via email. Physical cards are not issued.
Prerequisites
Some courses require current certification or pre-course preparation. Students are responsible for completing all prerequisites prior to attending. Below are the links to access the pre-course materials.

BLS Instructor Course

Heartsaver CPR, AED, & First Aid Training

NAEMT Courses
$75As a NAEMT Authorized Training Center, we offer a full suite of NAEMT continuing education courses including PHTLS, AMLS, EPC, GEMS, Breaking Bad News, and First on the Scene — taught by experienced, certified instructors.
ITLS Course
$150International Trauma Life Support courses provide prehospital trauma assessment and management training for EMS providers, including adult and pediatric trauma life support. Learn practical, hands-on skills to confidently manage trauma patients from scene to transport.
ACLS Course
$100Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support training for healthcare professionals, covering airway management, ACLS pharmacology, ECG interpretation, and team-based resuscitation. Build the skills to manage peri-arrest situations and cardiovascular emergencies with confidence.
ACLS Instructor Course
$150Become an American Heart Association ACLS Instructor. This course covers the AHA Instructor Essentials curriculum, teaching methodology, skills evaluation, and the hands-on practice needed to lead your own ACLS Provider courses.
PALS Course
$100Pediatric Advanced Life Support training for healthcare providers, covering pediatric assessment, respiratory and shock management, pediatric resuscitation, and team dynamics. Develop the skills to confidently manage critically ill infants and children.
PALS Instructor Course
